Fritters fit for a QUEEN at Chateau7!~

I recently saw some real "Queenie" Fritters being shared on Instagram by a company in Kingston Jamaica and they look so tempting and "Moreishous" they had me literally salivating.  

Huge crispy fried Fritters with  generous chunks of Lobster these are definitely Queen or "Queenie" Fritters, or King even - fit for a Regal Fritter Feast! And definitively illustrates what the Budget Gourmet,  "Fritter Queen" gastronomical experience is about. 

Chateux 7 is a Gourmet Jerk specialist but their Fritters are also worthy of mention. They also make our National Dish "Ackee and Saltfish" Fritters a noteworthy twist on traditional "Stamp and Go", as it is known locally. 

Serving some exquisite Jerk, Seafood as well as Daily Specials and a range of other tasty, tantalising offerings. This one is most definitely on my list of places to try when things pick up momentum again and FQ takes a "taste tour' to sample. 

Located in Stony Hill I hear they are preparing to open in the Corporate area shortly in a more central location in New Kingston.
